Established to deliver unprecedented service

The History of Tructyre

In 1996 Glenn Sherwood embarked on a project to deliver unprecedented service to businesses who rely on their commercial vehicles. Glenn’s senior management experience with a leading global tyre manufacturer, had convinced him the market was looking for a better proposition. Tructyre was established to serve these businesses, with a central commitment to maximise vehicle uptime and drive value through proactive maintenance, truly impartial advice across all leading tyre brands, supported by rapid roadside support when you need it.

After over 20 years of caring for customers across the South East, the Tructyre brand was acquired by the Michelin Group in October 2017. Following a detailed strategic review, the decision was made to merge the ATS Euromaster heavy tyre operation into one nationwide business. This integration created the nation’s leading commercial fleet tyre service specialist – Tructyre ATS.
