People are at the heart of our zero accidents policy. The safety of our customers, employees and the public is paramount. Tructyre ATS work systematically with highly trained technicians and rigorous best practice procedures to deliver fleets that minimise avoidable risk.
Tructyre ATS are committed to training our tyre technicians to the highest standards, supporting industry technical accreditations: the ‘Licence to Fit’ City & Guilds programme, the NTDA Licensed Commercial Tyre Technician certification, REACT Roadside Emergency Licences and IRTEC Tyre. This unique level of training combined with our proactive tyre maintenance procedures is proven to minimise the avoidable tyre risk in your fleet. That’s why Tructyre ATS call them tyre technicians – because they do so much more than a truck tyre fitter.
Operationally, our tyre technicians from your local service centre will become familiar with your fleet and build close relationships with your maintenance staff. Over time, this in-depth knowledge will enable them to become a trusted part of your fleet management team.Puncture repairs
When a commercial tyre is punctured or damaged in any way, we always remove it from the wheel. This allows our technicians to carefully examine the tyre internally and externally, to ensure there are no hidden faults. We then repair the tyre in accordance with BS AU 159 to ensure it is safe for everyone.
Tructyre ATS are proud to hold ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 accreditations, covering quality assurance, environmental responsibility and best practice health and safety.
We work nationwide on commercial vehicle tyres in a range of dynamic locations. Ranging from the relative safety of your premises and franchise service dealerships, to service station car parks and the roadside. Our rigorous work procedures and policies are carefully defined in our integrated management system. These ensure our tyre technicians, fully equipped with the right tools for every job, perform our fleet tyre services in the safest, most consistent and professional manner. And for your peace of mind, we have them vetted for regulatory compliance and supply chain risk management by SafeContractor and AVETTA.
We invest in our compliance framework to drive our commitment to continual improvement.
The market-leading commercial vehicle TPMS service continuously analyses your tyres in real-time. Using qualified artificial intelligence it will detect problems before they become obvious at visual inspection or scheduled maintenance. Should the system detect rapid pressure leakage or high temperature during operation, the driver can stop safely in full control of the vehicle. We recommend TyreWatch to minimise the tyre risk in your fleet.
